Essien Giveth, Essien Taketh Away

Wow. Unbelievable. Incredible. Heart-breaking. Well, you get the point, but the fact of the matter is, after all is said and done, the two best teams in the world are in the Champions League Final in Rome. Guus Hiddink is still the best manager in the world, and Barcelona is the classiest team. Gerard Pique admitted that the ball touched his arm, classy. Pep Guardiola said that Chelsea have every right to be mad at the situation, classy. Michael Ballack was in fact about to hurt the referee, who is officially entering the witnes protection program tomorrow. In the end of the day, Michael Essien giveth just as Michael Essien taketh away. Just as in the case of Michael Silvestre in the first leg against ManU, a poor clearing effort in the box will always, ALWAYS, come to bite you in the ass. Chelsea were denied 4 penalties, but so what? Shit happens and so do shitty referees. It was quite funny, how only when Barca went down to 10 men (im still convinced Anelka tripped himself) the game was even. 11 on 10 and only then the possession evened out. As for Barcelona, Andres Iniesta's strike was purely brilliant, but in all honesty I dont see them winning missing both their left and right backs, especially considering Manchester's greatest players are on the flanks. I am very excited to see this great battle between the two greatest teams on the planet.
